  Adherents of Jesus are people who give their lifetime to embrace the philosophy of Jesus Christ and become involved in ministerial activities and service to other people. These roles spread out to the locals and even to the point of international missions and service. Community Upliftment through Service Disciples for Jesus perform acts of volunteerism that bring hope to people within their neighborhoods. Many of them engage in activities that address the basic needs of people within the society, they include; food and clothes collections, and support for shelter among others. Bridging Divides with Love and Compassion In this way, the disciples of Jesus try to minimize prejudices that separate people. They design environments where people with diverse characteristics can assemble without feeling endangered, and learn new cultures that are different from theirs.
